Harmony is a coordination and calculation tool.
Harmony does not provide:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- medical advice;
- psychological advice;
- financial-planning advice;
- child-custody advice.
A Harmony calculation, report, agreement record or AI suggestion does not replace a court order, legally binding agreement or professional opinion.
Users remain responsible for checking important information.
4. Your account
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your credentials secure;
- protecting access to your device;
- notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised;
- using Harmony lawfully.
Authentication may be provided through email/password, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
5. Shared households
Harmony is designed around shared households.
An authorised user may invite another adult to a household.
By accepting an invitation, that person may receive access to household information according to their Harmony role and permissions.
Users are responsible for inviting only people who legitimately require access.
Information added to a shared household may be visible to other authorised household members.
6. Shared records
Harmony may store records relevant to multiple household members, including:
- expenses;
- receipts;
- agreements;
- settlements;
- child information;
- chat history.
Each user is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they enter.
Harmony does not independently verify that:
- an expense was incurred;
- a receipt is genuine;
- a salary or support amount is correct;
- a particular contribution percentage is legally required;
- a recorded household agreement is legally enforceable;
- child information is complete or medically accurate.
7. Information about children
If you add information about a child, you confirm that you are authorised to provide and use that information.
Harmony is not intended to be a comprehensive medical-record system.
Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive information.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to the legitimate rights of other household members in shared records.
You grant Design Elevator a limited right to host, store, transmit, process and display content as necessary to operate Harmony.
Users must not upload or send content that:
- is unlawful;
- infringes another person's rights;
- contains malware;
- threatens or unlawfully harasses another person;
- improperly discloses confidential information;
- is intentionally fraudulent or harmful.
9. Chat and communication
Users are responsible for messages they choose to send.
Harmony may provide optional assistance to review tone or wording.
AI-generated suggestions are drafts only.
Harmony does not automatically send rewritten messages.
Users remain responsible for the final content they send.
10. AI-assisted features
Where available, Harmony may use Apple Intelligence on the user's device to help review or rewrite text.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
Users should review it before use.
Harmony may later support another disclosed AI provider.
11. Partner offers
Harmony may display commercial offers from third parties.
Some links may contain referral or campaign identifiers.
Design Elevator may receive a commission from eligible purchases.
Design Elevator does not guarantee:
- the third-party business;
- the product;
- the discount;
- the price;
- availability;
- suitability;
- service quality.
When a user leaves Harmony, the third party's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Harmony does not provide a partner with a user's household or child profile merely because an offer is displayed.
12. Subscriptions and payments
Some Harmony features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Available products, billing periods and prices are displayed through Apple's purchase interface and may vary by currency, storefront and tax treatment.
Apple processes payment.
Design Elevator does not receive full payment-card details.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple's subscription-management tools.
Deleting a Harmony account does not automatically cancel the associated App Store subscription.
Refund requests for App Store transactions are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable consumer law.
13. Subscription access
Harmony may associate verified StoreKit transactions with the Harmony account that made the purchase.
A purchase associated with one Harmony account does not automatically grant entitlement to another Harmony account merely because the same Apple ID or device is used.
14. Service availability
We aim to keep Harmony reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Harmony may temporarily be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- internet outages;
- Apple or Google service interruptions;
- security incidents;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Data integrity
No cloud service can guarantee that information will never be lost or corrupted.
Users should retain independent copies of records that are important for legal, tax or evidentiary purposes.
Harmony should not be treated as the sole archive for legally important documents.
16. Account suspension
Design Elevator may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- fraud;
- security risks;
- abuse of users or the service;
- legal requirements.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide reasonable notice.
17. Account deletion
Users may initiate account deletion from:
Settings → Account → Delete account
Account deletion removes the user's Harmony account and personal profile, subject to the shared-household retention provisions described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion notice.
Shared household records may remain while another authorised active member has a legitimate need for them.
Where feasible, the deleted user's identity is removed or minimised.
When the last active household member deletes their account, remaining household data is scheduled for deletion.

18. Intellectual property
Harmony, including its software, interface, branding, designs and documentation, is owned by or licensed to SIA Design Elevator and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Harmony for its intended purpose.
19. App Store terms
For the iOS version of Harmony, Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard licensed-application terms may also apply.
Apple operates the App Store and processes App Store payments. Apple does not operate Harmony's shared-household service.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules prevail where they cannot legally be excluded.
20. Disclaimer
Harmony is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Design Elevator cannot guarantee that all:
- calculations;
- user-entered records;
- AI suggestions;
- third-party offers;
- external services
will always be accurate, complete or continuously available.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design Elevator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from:
- incorrect user-entered information;
- disputes between household members;
- reliance on Harmony as professional advice;
- actions or omissions of third-party partners;
- circumstances outside Design Elevator's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Harmony Privacy Policy:
https://harmonycoparenting.com/privacy
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Harmony or applicable legal requirements change.
Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
Users should first contact:
with disputes or concerns.
Nothing prevents a consumer from contacting a competent regulator, consumer authority, alternative dispute-resolution body or court.
